\u00a0Salvation, a Privilege without Equal<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0As believers, we have every reason to rejoice that we have been saved from \u201cthe wrath to come\u201d (Luke 3:7; Matt. 3:7). We are among the luckiest among humanity.\u00a0 On the day of God\u2019s wrath revealed in judgment, mighty men will wail, \u201cthe great day of His wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?\u201d (Rev. 6:17; cp Isa. 2:10-17).<\/p>\n

On this day, while the unrepentant nations will be judged and destroyed, we will be rewarded (Rev. 11:18). But let\u2019s take care not to ascribe glory to ourselves.\u00a0 We should be thankful to God not because we were \u2018smart\u2019 enough to repent and believe in the Lord Jesus Christ but because He qualified us to be \u201cpartakers of the inheritance of the saints in light\u201d (Col. 1:12.
